September 25, 2005—Left: Certificate presented to Donald H. Harrison by U.S. Rep. Bob Filner (D-San Diego) at a picnic at Louis Rose Point to begin the public phase of a campaign raising money for the Louis Rose statue.  Right:: Filner named Harrison his September 2005 "Citizen of the Month," commenting that Harrison's "leadership has contributed to ensuring that Jewish culture continues to thrive in San Diego and helped to keep the community informed and connected."  The presentation was in front of the "Louis Rose," a trolley in the fleet of Old Town Trolley Tours.
